At last I've been able to sort out my replacement number plates! The car came with a 1987 plate which read "Dxxx BNP". I have no wish to be connected in any way with those people so the plate had to go. You need to have valid tax, MOT and insurance to assign a plate to a car, so I've been waiting this long to sort it. Well I finally got my forms and new tax disc through this week and had the plates made up - just a cheap A plate but I am most pleased!
