Firstly, after a few people pointed it out, I thought I'd better replace the missing heat shield at the left side of the radiator. After touring local scrapyards with no luck I got one off someone breaking an Audi 80 - advertised on Ebay.
When I get the car taxed I'll be able to see ho much difference it makes to the temperature :-)
Secondly, I have acquired a Rieger bodykit! All it took was a short run to
Teignmouth in Devon (300 miles each way). Thanks for the bits, Andy, and thanks
for putting us up for the night. Much appreciated :-)
It'll take some work and the colour needs sorting, but hopefully it will fit!
